1. Wash Face.


Wash your face twice a day. It is very important to keep your face clean while trying to stop the pimples. Washing your face removes frozen dirt, impurities and excess oil on the surface of your skin. Ideally, you should wash your face with hot water and light facial cleanser, three times in the morning and afternoon and evening. Use a clean dry towel to keep your face dry.

2. Use Moisturizer.


Applying a good moisturizer is important to hydrate the skin after washing face and it should be prevented from being dry and irritated. However, if you are suffering from pimples, then it is important that you use the right type of moisturizer for your skin type. Heavy, oily moisturizer can close your pores and move towards further breakout.

3. Don't Touch Your Face.


Avoid touching your face or removing pimples. Hand is exposed to more dirt and bacteria throughout the day than any other part of the body, 
That's why you should avoid touching your face at all costs. In addition to spreading bacteria and spreading the infection, touching spots and pimples can be irritable and swollen, thus their appearance may worsen and the medical time can prolong the length.

4. Protect your skin from sunlight. 


Avoid sun rays because it is main cause of pimples. The UV rays of the sun makes your pimples redder than before. If you have some work outside the home and you need to do that work then you have to use best sun cream which protect your skin

5. Use exfoliating and face masks once a week. 


Skin exfoliator and face masks are great products that can be very beneficial for the skin, but they should be used only with restraint. Exfoliator effectively removes dead skin cells while cleansing the skin, but can dry the skin and irritate the skin especially on pimple-prone skin.

6. Drink plenty of water.


Drinking water has many benefits, for the skin and for the overall health of the body. It keeps body hydrated, helps the skin look stronger and thicker. It exits harmful toxins from the system. You should aim to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day to get the benefit.
