How drinking water reduces dry skin?


Drinking plenty of water daily is important for dry skin as well as good health because water is helpful in digestion, circulation, absorption and even emission. Drinking water also gives you a bright, healthy, young-looking skin. If you are not providing enough water to your skin then your skin will become dry, tight and flaky, due to lack of hydration itself. Dry skin has less flexibility and is more prone to wrinkles.

The skin have three layers first is the outer layer (epidermis), second is the underlying skin (dermis) and the third is subcutaneous tissue. If the outermost layer of epidermis does not have enough water, then the skin will lose elasticity and feel dryness. 

When you take water, it does not go straight to the skin, it goes through intestines, gets absorbed in your bloodstream, and is filtered by the kidneys. Then it hydrate the cells.


So if you want to be hydrated and get rid of dry skin then you need to start drinking water 9 to 11 glass a day. It will definitely beneficial for dry skin.
