Oily skin is now a common problem in men and women. because everyone has oily skin the difference is only some people have small pores that secrets little amount of oil and some have large pores that secrets excess amount of oil. When sebaceous is overactive it produces more oil.


Following are the food for oily skin:


1. Tomatoes.


Tomatoes is the rich source of antioxidant and it also contains vitamin 'C' and both are useful for the skin because of that this is the best treatment for oily skin. Just apply tomato juice directly on a face and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes then wash your face with cold water. For a better result, you need to do it 2 to 3 times a week.


2. Broccoli.


Broccoli is one of the best and important green vegetable for oily skin which contains a high amount of nutrients and it also contains antioxidants, anticancer and anti-inflammatory properties which can heal or repair your skin and make your skin oil-free.



3. Green Tea.


Green Tea removes impurities and makes your body clean. It is useful in removing toxins from your body.  It contains powerful antioxidant which slows down the ageing process. If you are drinking green tea then you need to avoid normal tea with milk because it doesn't give any benefit to your body.


4. Avocado.

Avocado is one of the best healthy food it can prevent the secretion of excess oil and make your skin oil-free. 5. Cucumber.


Cucumber contains a maximum amount of water. It is full of water so it will stay your body always hydrated and it also removes or flush out toxins from your body. It not only contains water but also many important properties like antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that helps us to reduce extra oil production and also reduce acne problems.
